Find the event that interests you. For confirmed packages, register interest or book directly online. For coming-soon events, we'll keep you informed as packages are released.

Scoping call
Within one business day of your enquiry, we'll come back with a scoping call. We walk through tier options, availability, and what's realistic for your timing and budget.
PHASE 02
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
From securing your place to everything you need before departure

Confirm & secure
Once the package and pricing are locked, we send a confirmation invoice. Payment is held under Australian Consumer Law. Refund terms are clear and disclosed at booking.

Pre-trip handover
Thirty days before departure, you receive a detailed itinerary covering flights, transfers, accommodation, hospitality access, and on-ground contact details. Your dedicated host is briefed and ready.
PHASE 03
ON THE GROUND & AFTER
From arrival through to when you are back home

On the ground
Your Sporting Detours host is present at the destination for the duration of your trip. Private transfers, hospitality check-ins, and any in-trip adjustments handled in real time.

Post-trip wrap
After you return home, we'll check in to make sure everything landed as expected. Your feedback shapes how we deliver the next trip.
